ABPS - Discussions to focus on centenary year programmes, social challenges, and organizational expansion

Meeting of “Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha” The Highest decision taking body of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will be held from March 13 to March 15 at the Madhav Srishti campus in Samalkha. A total of 1,487 representatives from across the country, including members of the RSS and organizations inspired by it, will participate in this three-day meeting. This information was shared by Sunil Ambekar Ji, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the RSS, during a press conference held at the Madhav Srishti campus. He was joined on the stage by Pawan Jindal Ji, Uttar Kshetra Sanghchalak.
 
Sunil Ji stated that the meeting will begin at 9 am on 13 March in the presence of Poojaniya Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji and Mananiya Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale Ji. The gathering will include senior RSS office-bearers, Kshetra and Prant sanghchalaks, karyavahs, pracharaks, and top representatives from 32 inspired organizations.
 
He further stated that centenary year programmes of the RSS are currently being conducted across the country. The meeting will review the progress of these activities and deliberate on future plans. As part of the centenary programmes, a nationwide Griha Sampark Abhiyan has already reached over 10 crore households in few of states and the campaign will continue in the remaining regions in the coming days. The meeting will also discuss programmes related to the 650th birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Ravidas Ji, which will be observed across the country from February 1 this year until February 20 next year, with a focus on promoting the message of social harmony.
 
He added that on the final day of ABPS - 15 March, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale Ji will address the media and share details about the decisions taken during the meeting, along with responding to journalists’ questions. During this time, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramukh Narendra Thakur, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramukh Pradeep Joshi, were present.
 
Discussion on Contemporary Social Issues
 
Representatives from across the country will share their experiences related to social and cultural work in their respective regions. Based on these inputs, the meeting will also deliberate on current social challenges and evolving circumstances in society.
 
National-level office bearers of organizations inspired by the RSS will participate as special invitees. These include Advocate Alok kumar and Milind Parande from Vishva Hindu Parishad, Dr. Raghuraj kishor and Ashish chauhan from Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Shanta akka and A Sita from Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Bharatiya Janata Party President Nitin Nabin and officials of Bhartiya majdoor sangh, Bhartiya kisan sangh etc.
 
Over 5500 New Shakhas in a Year
 
Sunil Ji said that organizational expansion will also be a key topic of discussion. Over the past year, more than 5500 new RSS shakhas have been started across the country. Interest in joining the organization through digital platforms is also steadily increasing. Every year, around 1.25 lakh people express their willingness to join through the “Join RSS” digital initiative.
 
Training activities will also be conducted on a large scale during the centenary year. A total of 97 training camps will be organized across the country. In addition, 25 special Jeevan-Vrat Prashikshan Varg will be held for individuals in the 40 to 65 age group. A special exhibition has also been set up at Madhav Srishti campus.
